We’re partnering with the Wisconsin Business Alliance Foundation to help businesses and communities around Wisconsin optimize their presence on Google Maps, Yelp, and other online resources. These resources are increasingly used by tourists, location scouts, and business owners to make important purchasing and relocation decisions. Get more information here.

January 21 – Press conference – money in politics
State Capitol at 10am
On 4th Anniversary of the Citizens United decision, we will be participating in a press conference in the Assembly Parlor at the State Capitol at 10am. We will urge the legislature to pass AJR50, which would allow Wisconsin citizens to vote on the issue of unlimited campaign spending. This event is free and open to the public; Alliance members are encouraged to attend.
November 13 – First Annual Member Meeting – In Madison, upstairs at Brocach on the Capitol Square. Drop in anytime from 5-7pm. Brief program at 5:30.
November 7-8 – UW-Fox Valley – Executive Director Lori Compas will present and serve on panels at “It’s Here: The Federal Health Insurance Marketplace in Wisconsin,” sponsored by Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service.
November 6 – New Lisbon – Executive Director Lori Compas will present “The Affordable Care Act and Your Small Business” to the New Lisbon and Mauston chambers of commerce. 5:30pm at the New Lisbon City Hall.

July 25-30 – GoWisco bike ride! This leisurely, week-long bike ride crossed the state to explore great local restaurants, inns, and brew pubs. This first year was a small trial run as we gear up for a bigger ride in 2014!
